Refund Policy

We support a 60-day return period starting from the date customers receive their purchased items. All unused, unopened, intact products with original packaging are eligible for return application. Items that are damaged artificially, worn or unable to be resold due to personal reasons will not be accepted for return.

After we receive and inspect the returned goods to confirm compliance with return regulations, the refund process will be initiated immediately. The whole refund review and fund arrival process takes 5 to 10 business days. All refunds are settled in unified US dollar currency to ensure consistent fund settlement standards.

The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual payment amount of the order. Any preferential discounts enjoyed during purchase will be deducted in accordance with the actual transaction rules.
